Cancellations

We understand that things can change.

4 working days or more before your booking: free cancellation and a full refund.

Within 3 days of your booking: cancellations are still accepted, but a processing fee of $/% will be withheld from your refund to cover administration costs.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking are non-refundable.

To cancel a booking, please contact us with your booking details.

Rescheduling

Need to change your booking date? We require at least one business day's notice to reschedule. Contact us via phone or email above, and we'll organise a new date for you, subject to availability.
